M3 is only as strong as the communities in which we live and work.  We are committed to giving back to those communities, from individual volunteer efforts to our annual charitable giving grants.

Strength in Numbers

M3’s community focus starts with a commitment from our leadership, In 2009 M3’s President and CEO led the United Way of Dane County by serving as a chair of the organization.

Personal Involvement

All employees receive one full day of “VTO” to volunteer during work hours as part of our community impact strategy. Employees are encouraged to volunteer in areas they feel passionate about and that matter the most to them.

Community Grants
