Medical

Madison, Wisconsin: Through Dean, full-time employees may choose a health maintenance organization (HMO), a point of enrollment plan (POE), or an HMO with a health reimbursement arrangement (HRA). Plans may include prescription drug coverage.

Regional

Through United Healthcare, full-time employees outside of Madison may qualify for preferred provider organization (PPO) membership with prescription drug coverage.

Dental

Full-time employees may receive coverage through Delta Dental, including preventative, diagnostic and orthodontia services.

Retirement Planning

We offer two ways to help you save for retirement:

  • Profit Sharing - 5-10% of gross annual wages

Free Financial Planning

M3 Financial provides employees and their immediate family free financial planning on insurance needs, college savings, retirement and estate planning.

Patient Care

Employees have access to this confidential health advocacy service that assists with claims and billing issues, referrals and authorization and appeals and grievances.

Flexible Spending Account

We offer pre-tax benefits for un-reimbursed qualified medical and dependent care expenses. In lieu of claim forms and cash, expenses are debited directly from your FSA with your Benny Card.

Life and AD&D Insurance

For full-time employees, M3 pays 100% of premiums with a minimum of $100,000 in life insurance via two policies from Epic and Unum.

Long-Term Care Insurance

All employees, spouses, parents and in-laws qualify for this insurance through Unum.

Wellness Program

Our wellness program includes 75% reimbursement of expenses like health club memberships and weight loss programs, in addition to on-site fitness classes, financial rewards for healthy lifestyles and more.

Short-Term Disability

New full-time employees are eligible for 66.7% of wages at no cost. After two years, 100% of wages are covered.

Long-Term Disability

After the 90-day elimination period, 60% of an employee’s basic monthly earnings are covered through this tax-free, employer-paid benefit.
