We recognize that not everyone starts out their career with a plan to work in insurance. We believe that if we hire the right people we can teach them what they need to be successful. M3’s professional development team provides that support.
New hires receive a week-long new employee orientation and are paired with a mentor when they join M3.
Sales and Service professional development courses are offered on a regular basis to help our employees maintain insurance credentials and remain experts in our field.
Continuing education for professional growth is also offered both offsite and onsite to provide employees with the skill set they need to be successful in their role. This Professional Development support provides you with the resources to build a successful career at M3.
