Ed Rapee, III

Mr. Ed Rapee, III is the Vice President of Business Development for M3
Insurance Solutions, Inc. (M3). Ed works closely with M3 associates to provide customized solutions to employers to help them manage their total cost of risk. He is also part of the Senior Sales Management team.

Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in political science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison, with an emphasis in business and Spanish as a foreign language. He began his insurance career in 1990 with Guardian Insurance Company working on corporate accounts throughout Wisconsin. From 2000 to 2004, Ed served as Regional Sales Manager at Assurant Employee Benefits, formerly Fortis. Ed managed more than $20 million in revenue for Assurant. Ed joined the M3 team in 2004.

Ed is a member of Wisconsin Association of Health Underwriters (WAHU) and National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).

Ed serves on and is Past President on the Board of Directors for Grand Avenue Club which works in the Milwaukee community with Mentally Ill people helping them get back to being a productive member of society. He is also very active with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
