Michael E. Victorson, REBC, RHU

Mr. Michael Victorson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of M3 Insurance Solutions, Inc. (M3). Working out of the Madison office, Mike guides the strategic direction of the agency. He also ensures that the day-to-day business of the corporation aligns with its vision, mission and goals.

Mike graduated from Augustana College with a degree in communications and political science. He joined M3 in 1992 in marketing and client service. He advanced to be an account executive and then sales manager, after which he became Executive Vice President of the Employee Benefits Division. In 2002, Mike was asked to serve as M3’s Chief Operating Officer and assumed the role of President in 2003. In 2005, Mike became the company’s Chief Executive Officer.
