Rick Ninneman

Mr. Rick Ninneman is an Executive Vice President of M3 Insurance Solutions for Business (M3). He leads the agency’s Colorado office and is a member of M3’s executive team. In this role, Rick develops and manages the sales, marketing, and operations of this office in line with M3’s business strategy.

Rick graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point with a Bachelor degree in business administration and communications. His career includes experience in management, sales, and client services for both insurance companies and brokers. Rick began his insurance career with Karl E. Ebert & Associates. He went on to work with Wisconsin Physicians Service as Senior Large Group Account Executive and Frank F. Haack & Associates, Inc. as Executive Vice President of the Employee Benefits Division. Before joining M3 in 2008, he served as President of the Employee Benefits Division of IMA, Inc. in Denver Colorado.

Rick is a member of Aetna National Broker Advisory Council (NBAC), the Anthem, Colorado, Broker Advisory Council, Consortium Health Plans Broker Advisory Council, the Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, Humana Colorado, Broker Advisory Group, the Kaiser Permanente, Colorado, Broker and Advisory Panel, and United Healthcare of Colorado Broker Advisory Council. He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Metro Denver Health and Wellness Commission and the Leadership Board of the American Diabetes Association of Colorado.
