In this seminar, attorneys from Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren will present on a wide range of topics related to how your facility manages its documentation. The seminar will begin with a discussion on the creation of documentation, how to handle situations where a facility's documentation contains gaps and for how long a facility should retain its records. The second half of the seminar will feature a discussion of how best to handle the records requests that facilities may receive and what types of documents facilities must produce, including a review of potential privileges on which a facility may be able to rely.
