Strengthening your COBRA compliance procedures makes good business sense and protects your organization from unnecessary risks. Join M3’s Compliance Attorney Karen Breitnauer, JD, for this free workshop designed to help you do just that.
This session will answer questions like:
• What are COBRA’s requirements and to whom do they apply?
• What forms, documentation requirements and timelines do I need to know about?
• How does ARRA’s premium assistance provision affect my company’s procedures?
• What common compliance traps should my company be on the lookout for?
When you attend, you’ll receive valuable guidelines and resources for developing your internal procedures for proper COBRA compliance. Participants also will receive a compliance packet with forms and guidelines to help get you started or improve your current plan.
Note: If you have previously attended a COBRA workshop through M3, this session will be a review of all previous material, plus additional information on the COBRA premium subsidy.
The workshops are by invitation only.
