This first session will provide a comprehensive look at the two basic components of HIPAA law: Portability and Administrative Simplification (Privacy and Security). We will also provide a brief overview of how HIPAA Privacy applies to group health plans.
This session is ideal for those professionals who are new to HIPAA or need a refresher on the basics.
