M3 Insurance Solutions for Business is proud to present at the upcoming Wisconsin Safety & Health Conference, a three-day event dedicated to providing business professionals with the tools and techniques to strengthen your organizations safety program. 

M3's experienced professionals and risk managers bring a wealth of knowledge pertaining to safety and loss control issues.  M3 will be presenting on the following topics:

'How To Develop An Effective Safety Program' - This session addresses how to develop, implement and maintain an effective safety program for those companies that do not have a full time safety director.  The presenter (Ted Hayes) will instruct attendees on how to interpret workers' compensation loss data, develop company safety goals, develop supervisor involvement/accountability standards, and focus employee safety training on the most relevant accidents exposures.

'Evaluating Workplace Risk- Minimizing Costs, Loss and Legal Responsibility to Ill and Injured Workers' - Co-presented by M3, Simandal & Prentice, SC and Blankenheim Services, LLC.   This session will address how employers can achieve balance in workplace risk exposures, and minimize overall cost in dealing with ill and injured employees,  The presenters will evaluate risk assessment, risk control tactics and risk legalities.
