  • Enforcing limitations which prevent future injury/reaggrevation
  • Managing accommodations
  • Determining if an employee can perform the tasks of their old position and what positions they are qualified for

  • Accommodating employees with serious limitations
  • The accommodation process for employees with performance problems or less obvious injuries
  • Reassignment or discharge of disabled employees
