Employee injuries resulting from aggressive behaviors are among the top three loss causes for social service agencies. During this seminar, program managers will learn how to foster a positive environment for developmentally disabled individuals, create behavior support plans, avoid personnel injuries and more.

Our speaker for this seminar is Paul White, Director of Community TIES. Paul has extensive experience in supporting children and adults with developmental disabilities and has been on staff at the UW-Waisman Center since 1986.
