Target audience: Any individual who administers workers' compensation, FMLA, STD/LTD or safety programs within your organization.

Join us for this timely, full-day seminar focused on the EEOC's recently released final regulations on the ADAAA. You'll learn how the ADAAA regulations impact employer obligations, particularly in light of an aging workforce.

The seminar will be presented in two parts:

Part One (8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.)
The ADAAA: Employer and Legal Compliance Obligations

Presenter: Attorney Bob Simandl - Simandl & Prentice Law Firm

Attendees will learn about:
1. Expansion of what is considered a 'disability'
2. What constitutes accommodation according to the EEOC
3. Shift in legal obligations for employers
4. HR and benefits impact
5. Effect on FMLA and other leave policies


Part Two (12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
The Aging Workforce and Risk Management Strategies

Attendees will learn about:
1. Identification and prevention of common issues
2. Workers' compensation claims management
