M3 Adds Five Shareholders to Leadership Ranks
M3 Insurance Solutions for Business recently announced the addition of five new company shareholders: Matt Boray, Senior Account Executive; Jerry Brown, Senior Account Executive; John Preuss, Account Executive; Ed Rapee, Vice President of Business Development; and Vickie Thoreson, Account Executive.
Madison
Jerry Brown joined M3 in 2001. Brown is a licensed life and health agent, and a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS). Outside of work, he is an active member in the community. Each quarter, Brown joins with clients and carriers to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. He is an ambassador for the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce and also participates in events to support the United Way.
Milwaukee
Matt Boray joined M3 in 2004. Boray is a licensed life and health agent, and a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS). He is a member of the Greater Milwaukee Employee Benefits Council and is actively involved with the United Way - Waukesha County. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Alumni Association – Waukesha County. Boray holds degrees in Risk Management & Insurance, and Management & Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Ed Rapee III joined M3 in 2004. As a member of the senior sales management team, Rapee works with clients to manage their total cost of risk. In the community, Rapee is involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is the past president on the Board of Directors for the Grand Avenue Club. He graduated from University of Wisconsin – Madison.
Wausau
John Preuss joined M3 in 2005, specializing in large employer health insurance both self-funded and fully insured. He is a licensed agent for life, health, property and casualty insurance, and is a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS). Preuss is a former Marine Reservist and a member of the Rudolph chapter of the American Legion. He received an Associate Degree in Arts and Science from University of Wisconsin – Marathon County and attended University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point.
Vicki Thoreson joined M3 in 2002, bringing valuable public and private sector experience to her clients. Thoreson is a licensed agent for life and health insurance and a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS). She is an active member of the Portage Business Council and the Wausau Chamber of Commerce, and a former member of the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement – in Portage and Marathon counties.
