Grant Argall, senior retirement plan consultant and director of retirement plan services for M3 Financial, identifies and acquires new business, implements go-to-market strategies, and builds strong partnerships with key business leaders, members of the recordkeeping community, investment companies, and community organizations. He joined M3 Financial in 2018.
Karen Breitnauer, director of employee benefits compliance and senior compliance attorney, is responsible for providing compliance information and guidance to clients through education and consultation. She serves as the senior legal staff resource for public and private sector entities on specific compliance topics. Karen joined M3 in 2010.
Ben DuCharme is a senior client executive specializing in property & casualty insurance with a focus on manufacturing & distribution and food & agribusiness industries. He provides expertise in the design, implementation, and management of clients’ risk management programs. Ben joined M3 in 2015.
Kristi Kulas is a senior client executive specializing in property & casualty insurance with a focus on manufacturing & distribution and food & agribusiness industries. She helps businesses manage and transfer risk through risk management strategies and advising on the right coverages to meet their needs. Kristi joined M3 in 2006.
Jen Pino-Gallagher, director of M3’s food and agribusiness practice, partners with clients to identify the most effective and efficient ways to grow their business and remain competitive while reducing risk within their operations. She helps companies not only survive, but thrive, through advice and support around insurance and risk management solutions. Jen joined M3 in 2017.
Travis Schreiber is director of M3 Surety. In this role, Travis manages and strengthens relationships between surety companies and M3 clients. He partners closely with the M3 team across divisions to ensure clients have the appropriate access to surety credit. Travis joined M3 in 2013.
Jason Shanda, director of employee benefits – Green Bay, consults with and advises clients about the design, implementation, and management of their benefit programs. He works closely with other members of the M3 team to identify and acquire new business, implement go-to-market strategies, and build strong partnerships with key business leaders, insurance companies, and community organizations.
Erik Vandermause, chief information officer and member of M3’s executive operating committee, directs the firm’s digital strategy, ensuring technology investments align with business goals to drive distinct and measurable value creation for M3 and its clients. He joined M3 in 2023.
M3’s 67 shareholder partners are current employees who are actively involved in the business and must sell his or her shares prior to retirement. This ownership structure ensures engagement while aligning with M3’s commitment to remain privately held.
