M3 is thrilled to announce the promotion of Claire Preuss to client executive. In her new role, Preuss specializes in employee benefits, focusing on maintaining strong relationships with both clients and insurance carriers. She consults on the design and implementation of employee benefit programs, ensuring clients have the appropriate coverage to meet their individual needs.
Preuss joined M3 in 2021 as an intern and was hired as a full-time business insurance associate through the M3YOU program in 2022. Throughout her time at M3, she has built strong industry connections and client relationships. Claire is a Wisconsin-licensed life & health agent and a Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS). She earned her bachelor’s degree in corporate & organizational communication from Western Kentucky University. Additionally, she is passionate about community involvement and currently serves as an executive leadership committee member with the American Cancer Society and a career committee member for M3’s Women’s Business Resource Group (WBRG).
