Meet the Cyber Team

M3’s cyber liability team brings clarity to the complex, translating the technical nuances of cyber insurance while advocating for you in the marketplace.

As M3’s director of cyber liability, Matthew Thomson serves as a cyber security strategist and advisor, helping clients mitigate cyber exposures through preventative controls and formal risk transfer mechanisms. He has diverse experience in incident response, cyber risk, compliance frameworks, and security awareness & training – among other cyber related fields.

Alex Friedl leads the cyber liability program for M3’s TruStage regional segment. Alex also assists other M3 clients with their cyber placements.

Megan Peyton is a cyber-brokerage account manager specializing in marketing, reviewing & placing cyber liability policies for M3 clients. She also leads on cyber placement within the HAI Program.
