Jennifer Meinholz has been promoted to client advisor at M3 Insurance where she specializes in employee benefit placement and service. In her role, she contributes to the agency’s efforts to gain new business and build long-lasting client relationships. She partners with clients to design and implement employee benefit programs, manage risk, and ensure they maintain appropriate coverage.
Meinholz spent over 15 years in the insurance broker industry before joining M3 in 2020 as a senior client manager II. Since then, she has built strong relationships with clients and colleagues, earning a reputation for her innovative approach to employee benefits and commitment to exceptional service. She has also become a trusted mentor and uses her experience to support and guide fellow M3 employees. Additionally, she holds a Wisconsin life and health insurance license.
Outside of work, Meinholz is involved with Spring Creek Church where she has served as a youth group leader for nearly 10 years and co-chairs the serving ministry. She actively organizes monthly service opportunities to support local Milwaukee organizations.
