We are pleased to welcome Jill Noyce to M3 Insurance as our new client advisor. Specializing in employee benefit placement and service, she supports the agency’s efforts to gain new business and to build long-lasting client relationships. In this role, she works with clients to design and implement employee benefit programs, manage risk, and maintain appropriate levels of coverage.
Before joining M3, Noyce accumulated over 17 years of experience in customer relations, customer service, business development, fundraising, and sales within the collegiate athletics industry. She brings a distinctive background and most recently served as the senior director of development for Wisconsin Athletics. In this role, she oversaw annual giving and fundraising operations, in addition to her efforts in sales of premium seating and major gift fundraising. Noyce is a Wisconsin-licensed life and health agent and earned her bachelor’s degree in life sciences communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Noyce brings a wealth of expertise in sales, leadership, sports marketing, public relations, and budget management, making her a unique addition to our employee benefits team! We’re thrilled to appoint her as an M3 client advisor where she will play a pivotal role managing client relationships in the Madison, WI market.
