Jordan Rice was recently promoted to an account executive with M3 Elevate, a division of M3 Insurance specializing in business insurance and employee benefits for growing companies. In this role, he will serve the employee benefit needs of growing businesses, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carrier partners.
Rice joined M3 in 2022 as a business insurance associate and currently an Illinois-licensed life and health agent. Rice’s leadership, adaptability, and dedication to clients has led him to be recognized company wide.
Prior to M3, Rice worked in the education field – which instilled his passion for lifelong learning and continuous improvement. He earned a master’s degree in special education from the University of Illinois Chicago & bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Iowa. Outside of the office, Rice is actively involved in the Rockford, IL community and especially passionate about volunteering for the Special Olympics.
