Lindsey Hamielec named to “40 Under 40”
Lindsey Hamielec, manager of operational impact at M3, was recently named to the In Business’ “40 Under 40” Class of 2021.
Hamielec is recognized on this exclusive list of young leaders making their mark on Madison-area businesses. Her proven leadership qualities are displayed, beyond M3, through her civic involvement serving as treasurer of the M3 Insurance Foundation, co-chair of the commerce committee of M3’s Women’s Business Resource Group, education committee member of Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin (PIAW), and co-chair of United Way of Dane County’s Lead United donor network.
Hamielec joined M3 in 2012 and has been involved with the success of many large-scale company projects. She played an integral role in converting the main customer database to a completely new system. In addition, during the COVID-19 pandemic, she was pivotal in leading her team to create an entirely on-demand training program to onboard new M3 employees.
