M3 Insurance Hosts Second Annual Centro Hispano High School Student Forum

The forum brought together students eager to explore career possibilities and M3 employees ready to share insights into their roles in human resources, marketing, risk management, sales, and service. The day featured an office tour, lunch, and roundtable discussions designed to showcase the variety of opportunities within the insurance industry and the pathways that lead there.

The day concluded with an ice cream social mixer on the scenic patio overlooking Lake Monona. This casual gathering allowed students and M3 employees to connect more personally. Employees shared stories about their own journeys into insurance and highlighted the rewarding opportunities the industry offers.
