M3 Named One of Madison’s 2019 Best Places to Work
M3 Insurance has been named to the 2019 “Best Places to Work” list, as published by Madison Magazine.
Madison Magazine works with Quantum Workplace, an employee-engagement software company, to facilitate a rigorous annual survey to determine Madison’s top employers. This year, the criteria focused on innovative ways companies are attracting and retaining top talent. 30 area businesses were ultimately named to the winners’ list – ten with 100 or more employees, ten with 51-100 and ten with fewer than 50.
As the Madison Magazine Best Places To Work 2019 article states, Madison is home to the highest concentration of millennial workers, was recently named one of the 10 best cities for entrepreneurs, and has the second-highest employment outlook in the country. To attract and retain top talent in this competitive market, companies are thinking outside the box.
