M3 Ranked Nationally on List of Best Places to Work in Insurance
M3 Insurance was recently recognized in the 2015 Business Insurance Best Places to Work in Insurance program.
Only 75 insurance industry companies from across the country were selected based on a variety of employment-related metrics such as leadership and planning; corporate culture and communications; role satisfaction; work environment; relationship with supervisor; training, development and resources; pay and benefits; and overall engagement. M3 was ranked in the Small Employer Category (25 to 249 employees).
The annual competition is open to all publicly or privately held agencies with at least 25 employees working in the United States and serving the commercial insurance market. Companies go through a rigorous two-part assessment process including an employer evaluation that collects information about the company’s benefit programs, policies, practices and demographics. This data is paired with the results from a confidential employee survey on engagement and satisfaction. The combined score determines the top companies and the final rankings.
