M3 Releases 2018 Health Benefits Trend Report
M3’s 2018 Health Care Trend Report is now available. This annual publication highlights costs and plan designs for employer-sponsored health insurance throughout Wisconsin. The report contains data collected from M3 clients across the spectrum of employer sizes, regional markets and sectors.
This year’s report includes a new flow for enhanced readability and an overview of each of Wisconsin’s regional markets. It provides employers with information and data they need to benchmark and compare their health insurance offerings to the market. In addition, the report includes insights on how employers are structuring their plans in the current market.
According to data from the past year, health insurance costs experienced a 6.1% growth rate. This is the lowest rate of change in health insurance costs the market has experienced since 2014.
