Nicole Dahl has joined M3 as a senior client advisor where she specializes in employee benefit placement and service. In her role, she contributes to the agency’s efforts to gain new business and build long-lasting client relationships. She partners with clients to design and implement employee benefit programs, manage risk, and ensure they maintain appropriate coverage.
Dahl has over 20 years of experience in client management and client counseling specific to employee benefits. Since then, she has built strong relationships with clients and colleagues, earning a reputation for her innovative approach to employee benefits and commitment to exceptional service. Additionally, she holds a Wisconsin life and health insurance license.
Outside of work, Dahl enjoys horseback riding, traveling and hiking.
