Jodi Wellhoefer is an Employee Benefits Client Executive in M3’s Green Bay office, where she partners closely with employers to develop benefit strategies that support employee retention, attraction, and long-term success.
Jodi’s career path into employee benefits was shaped by her background in customer service and human resources. Having spent much of her career “on the other side of the desk,” she brings a deep understanding of the challenges employers and employees face every day. That firsthand perspective made consulting a natural next step and continues to inform her client-first approach.
In her role at M3, Jodi works side by side with clients to build thoughtful, practical employee benefits strategies. She is especially passionate about helping employers and employees navigate what can often feel like a confusing insurance landscape. Through clear communication, education, and transparency, Jodi helps clients better understand their plans so they can confidently use them when it matters most.
Human resources and employee relations are Jodi’s professional sweet spot. She enjoys helping employers solve both HR- and insurance-related challenges, and she takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with her clients—many of whom become friends beyond the workday.
