Kacie Conroy is the vice president of information technology at M3 Insurance. In this capacity, she is responsible for the strategic oversight and leadership of M3’s information technology (IT) team and leads technology and innovation initiatives across our offices.

She actively collaborates with industry groups like BrokerTech Ventures and the Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers to share insights and bring best practices and the latest tools back to M3. Her position on the board of directors at BrokerTech Ventures has been instrumental in driving growth for M3 in a rapidly evolving market. Her leadership will continue to shape our IT strategies and ensure we stay at the forefront of innovation.

As the vice president of information technology, she leans into innovation and execution. Conroy has 15 years of experience building technology strategy and teams. She is a lifelong technologist with a passion for encouraging more women to enter the tech field. She currently leads a program called Girls Educating Themselves about Information Technology (GET IT), which introduces young girls to IT careers.
