Kacie Conroy

Kacie Conroy is the vice president of digital products at M3 Insurance. In this role, she leads the strategy, development, and delivery of M3’s digital products and is driving the implementation of new Agile practices and roles across the organization, including Product Owner, Product Manager, and Delivery Manager. Her work is focused on aligning technology, people, and process to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions.

Kacie has been instrumental in building and advancing M3’s digital product strategy and continues to collaborate closely with industry partners to bring forward-thinking tools and best practices back to M3. She also serves as a board member at BrokerTech Ventures, further strengthening M3’s leadership position in insurance innovation and emerging technology.

With more than 15 years of experience building technology strategies and high-performing teams, Kacie is known for balancing innovation with execution. A lifelong technologist, she is passionate about expanding access to careers in technology and encouraging more women to enter the field. She leads Girls Educating Themselves about Information Technology (GET IT), a program designed to introduce young girls to opportunities in technology and digital careers.
