Kelly Tyriver is a senior retirement plan manager II with M3 Financial. M3 Financial is a team of consultants servicing a diverse group of retirement plan clients, focusing on employer support and employee retirement readiness.

Tyriver draws on her deep understanding of difficult retirement plan topics such as controlled groups, affiliated service groups, multiple employer plans, and mergers & acquisitions in serving her clients.

In 2024, Tyriver won the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA) Top Women of Excellence MVP Award. This honor celebrates her leadership, contributions, and expertise in the retirement planning industry.

In 2022, Tyriver received the Mortenson Award for Innovation in recognition of her work in financial wellness education. The award acknowledged her creation and implementation of the Financial Fitness webinar series, dedicated to educating everyday Americans on essential financial topics.
