Kevin Delray
Kevin Delray is a business development executive at M3 Insurance. He educates the business community about M3 services, including insurance and risk management, employee benefits and retirement planning. In his role, Kevin introduces new organizations to M3 and connects them with the specialists best suited to help them manage risk and support their people. He loves making connections that actually help organizations move forward, making sure leaders get plugged in with the right expertise when they need it.
Kevin believes his work matters because risk management and the employee benefits landscape can change quickly. Organizations need partners who stay ahead of that change. His goal is to make those transitions easier, helping clients navigate evolving challenges with clarity and confidence while leveraging M3’s specialization.
Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his wife and three children, and relaxing at the golf course.
