Mike Moore is chief operating officer (COO) and a partner at M3 Insurance. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the agency’s brokerage services, human resources, information technology, client services, and M3 Applied Intelligence. Moore is a member of M3’s Executive Operating Committee.
