Scott Schultz is the Director of Employee Benefits – Milwaukee at M3 Insurance. His primary role is to consult with and advise clients on the design, implementation, and ongoing management of their employee benefit programs.

In addition to managing and growing his book of business, Scott works closely with other members of the M3 Milwaukee team to identify and acquire new business, implement go-to-market strategies, and build strong partnerships with key business leaders, insurance carriers, and community organizations.

Scott and his family live in Mukwonago and are very active in the local community. In his free time, Scott is a highly accomplished water skier and is known for his impressive barefooting skills — forwards, backwards, and even hands-free.
