Tim Hoel

Tim Hoel is the director of sales – personal lines with M3 Elevate, a division of M3 Insurance. In this role, he leads the team’s strategic direction, supports colleague development, and works directly with clients to deliver tailored personal insurance solutions.

Over the past seven years, he has focused on creating and executing profitable growth strategies within the captive agent channel. Before joining M3, he oversaw a territory of 30 captive agents and business owners in the Twin Cities, where he successfully grew market share and enhanced personal lines performance.
