Pete Dewar has joined M3 Insurance as a client executive specializing in employee benefits. In this role, he supports the agency’s efforts to gain new business and to build long-lasting client relationships. He partners with clients to design and implement employee benefit programs, manage risk and maintain appropriate levels of coverage. He also works closely with M3 service team members to deliver strategic cost management solutions that align with clients’ goals and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Dewar’s collaborative approach helps clients navigate the complexities of employee benefits and drive long-term value.
Prior to joining M3, Dewar held key leadership and sales positions at a Fortune 100 insurance company where he honed skills in benefit network analysis and delivering personalized strategies to meet client goals. Additionally, he spent over six years as a benefits consultant where he crafted customized solutions for large employers. Dewar is a licensed life and health insurance agent in Wisconsin, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and several other states, reflecting his broad reach and versatility in serving clients nationwide. He holds the Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation highlighting his extensive knowledge of the employee benefits intricacies.
Beyond his industry accomplishments, he is actively involved in the Denmark community. He is currently the boys’ varsity basketball head coach at Denmark High School, president of Vikings Youth Basketball, and committee member for New Denmark Planning.
