Sara Malchow has recently been named an M3 Elevate account executive. She is exclusively dedicated to serving the employee benefit needs of growing businesses, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carrier partners. Sara Malchow consults with her clients on their overall insurance programs, helping develop new and efficient ways to serve their specific insurance needs.
Sara has over 20 years of employee benefits experience, having worked on both the agency and carrier side of the business. She originally joined M3 in 2016 as an account manager, and M3 is thrilled to welcome her back to the team! Her passion for customer service and supporting growing businesses perfectly complements the M3 Elevate team.
Outside of the office, she is actively involved in the community through the Greater Milwaukee Employee Benefits Council, Waukesha Alliance, and Redcross. In her spare time, you’ll find her bowling, camping, attending concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
