Steven Johnson joins M3 Insurance as an account executive specializing in employee benefits placement and service. In this role, Johnson consults with clients to design and implement successful benefit programs. In doing so, he helps them manage their population’s unique risks and curate the right benefits offerings to meet their evolving needs.
Before joining M3, Johnson gained over 13 years of experience as a sales executive at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois where he focused on employee benefits for mid to large-group employers. He holds life and health agent licenses in both Illinois and Wisconsin. His proficiency in consulting and advising clients makes him a valuable addition to the M3 Rockford office.
Furthermore, Johnson is an active member of the Beloit Chamber of Commerce and the Stateline Area Chamber of Commerce. He also serves on the developmental board for GiGi’s Playhouse and actively volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America Blackhawk Area Council Troop 57.
