Steven Soto Joins M3 as Business Development Executive

Steven Soto has joined M3 Insurance as a business development executive. In this role, he educates the business community about M3 services, including insurance and risk management, employee benefits, and retirement planning. Soto also assists customers and prospects during the sales process, presenting solutions and matching them with the appropriate service team to address their unique business insurance needs.

Prior to joining M3, Soto gained professional experience in service at Voya Financial and sales leadership at United Healthcare. He is well-versed in customer-facing projects, omnichannel software, CRM management, and bilingual support for Spanish-speaking clients. Soto is a licensed life & health agent in all 50 states and has a background in communications, sales, and marketing.

Soto’s collaboration, strategy, and leadership skills make him the perfect fit for M3’s business development team. His role will be instrumental in supporting M3’s growth and further solidifying M3’s commitment to strengthening our local presence in the Kenosha, WI market.
