Terek Nesheim has recently advanced to the role of client executive at M3 Insurance. Specializing in property and casualty insurance, he collaborates with his clients on the implementation of their risk management programs and ensures their insurance coverages continue to meet their evolving needs.
Nesheim joined M3 in 2019 as an insurance intern and has steadily grown within the organization. After his internship, he was hired as a full-time client specialist, supporting food and agribusiness clients. In 2021, he was promoted to client manager, where he gained extensive industry experience, mastered the renewal process, and refined his client-facing skills. Throughout his career he has earned designations as a Wisconsin-licensed property and casualty agent, Accredited Professional in Risk and Insurance (APRI), and Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
Over the past decade, Nesheim has been actively involved in both the Coaches vs Cancer and Garding Against Cancer associations. He has participated in, organized, and fundraised for CvC events at both the high school and collegiate level, demonstrating his commitment to supporting these meaningful nonprofits.
