How do you make communities stronger? For the Greater Green Bay Chamber, building a robust business sector is integral to creating strong communities. But the Chamber also recognizes how that strength comes from other crucial sources—such as providing high-quality education to our youth. That’s why every year the Chamber honors exceptional educators in the area through its Golden Apple Awards.
Using a rigorous selection process and criteria based on standards from the National Board of Professional Teaching, the Chamber presents seven awards to individuals or teams that have demonstrated outstanding leadership, innovation, and professionalism in education.
Supporting an invaluable part of our communities
For M3, the Golden Apple Awards embody the core values of our Education & Government Practice. We believe when public schools thrive, so do their communities. Our sponsorship of the awards is another way for us to support educators—and celebrate their amazing contributions.
More specifically, we love the opportunity to surprise award recipients at their schools with the good news. We also get to present awards at the official ceremony dinner. Seeing deserving educators rewarded for the great work they do is inspiring to everyone involved.
