Diane M. Bauer-Wilkinson was the first female owner and executive at M3 Insurance. Over the course of her 32 years of service here, she not only achieved high levels of success for herself but was also instrumental in shaping the careers of many other women.
The Diane M. Bauer-Wilkinson Women in Business & Insurance Scholarship both honors Diane’s impact and helps women advance in the business world by pursuing secondary education. Each year two scholarships are awarded. Eligible recipients are current female M3 employees or daughters/granddaughters of current M3 employees.

Diane exemplified M3’s focus on serving others – our clients, colleagues, industry, and community. And thanks to her generosity and support, the Women in Business & Insurance Scholarship will continue her inspiring legacy and help other women achieve professional success.
My hope is that these women will be leaders of companies and people and make their mark, particularly in traditionally male-dominated industries.
