The communities where we live and work give a lot, and M3 gives back in ways that create real value. Through its 501(c)(3) status, the M3 Foundation expands the impact of giving, reviewing more than 50 new requests each year and supporting most initiatives through multi year commitments. The foundation is governed by a nine member board of M3 Insurance employees representing diverse roles and locations.
The M3 Foundation is committed to making financial contributions to organizations that focus on:
Financial Education + Literacy
Seek to develop individuals’ financial skills, including personal financial management, budgeting, investing, and understanding financial products and services.
Healthcare + Healthcare Improvement
Improve or provide medical services for individuals or communities.
Promotion of Insurance Careers
Educate individuals about risk management and the insurance industry and/or provide career opportunities within.
Safety Improvement + Disaster Relief
Measurably enhance safety and reduce risk, or who assist and support individuals and communities affected by disasters.
