M3 a Milwaukee Best Places to Work
M3 has been named a 2016 Best Places to Work by Milwaukee Business Journal.
Nearly 160 Milwaukee-area firms were nominated and the winners were determined based on scores from a survey that employees filled out. Each company that was nominated was ranked according to the 10 core areas of engagement: teamwork, retention, alignment with goals, trust with co-workers, individual contribution, manager effectiveness, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, job satisfaction and benefits.
Milwaukee Business Journal announced the names of the winners on September 15th. On October 21, they will publish the scores for all of the winners to let everyone know which companies were the top ranked in each Best Places to Work category.
