Brendan Bush Joins M3’s Construction and Real Estate Practice

Milwaukee, WI – Brendan Bush has joined M3 Insurance as an account executive in the construction and real estate industry practice group. Specializing in property and casualty, he counsels construction companies, owners, and developers on property and casualty insurance and overall commercial risk management needs. Brendan earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Marquette University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame Law School. He is licensed to practice law in Wisconsin and is also a state-licensed property and casualty insurance agent. Brendan pairs his legal background and industry experience to serve as a trusted advisor to his clients. Prior to joining M3 in May 2019, Brendan practiced law for eight years with concentration on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across the country. During his time in private practice, Brendan litigated a wide variety of commercial matters, including construction defect, product liability, breach of contract, commercial torts, and personal injury matters. Outside of litigation, Brendan handled a wide variety of corporate matters related to the construction and manufacturing industries, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating construction contracts, drafting commercial warranties and sales contracts, and advising commercial clients on comprehensive risk management strategies. __________________
