Tyler Bukachek Joins M3 as Director of Employee Benefits Sales
Tyler Bukachek recently joined M3 Insurance as the director of employee benefits sales at M3 Insurance. In this role, she is responsible for sales support, market relations, training, and partnership to the firm’s benefits sales team. She collaborates closely with executive leadership on key initiatives, executing on various strategies to grow and retain M3’s client base.
Prior to joining M3, Bukachek worked for Humana where she gained 16 years of industry and leadership experience. In her most recent role as a retention manager for the state of Texas, she oversaw a team of nine associates who served over 12,000 employer groups while maintaining above industry average retention rates. Her strong background and skillset will transfer well to her new position with M3.
Bukachek is passionate about giving back to the community. Her volunteer service spans several organizations including: Second Harvest Food Bank, Ronald McDonald House Charities, Badger Childhood Cancer Network, and Habitat for Humanity.
