M3’s Marleah Keuler Grahek and Rob Rodè, Partner, Voigt, Rodè, Boxeth & Coffin, LLC, are hosting an educational session titled “The Legal Landscape of Senior Living and Strategies to Minimize Risk” at WCHA/WiCal’s 60th Annual Spring Conference & Expo. This session will address the increased awards for plaintiffs who bring suit against providers.
Providers will learn about litigation management strategies to reduce risks of lawsuits or potential harm when they are filed.
