FFCRA Guidance and CARES Act Benefit Provisions

COVID-19, Employee Benefits

Over the past few weeks, the United States government has passed sweeping legislation, namely the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act), to address the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on employers and workers.
