Gwen Trussell recently joined M3 Elevate, a division of M3 Insurance, as an employee benefits account executive. Trussell is dedicated to serving the employee benefit needs of growing businesses, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance carrier partners. She will consult with her clients on their overall insurance programs to serve their specific insurance needs.
Trussell joins M3 with seven years of benefits experience, primarily in worksite with Aflac and Colonial, and has gained over 15 years of experience in human resources and benefits administration. She has also worked with non-profit agencies for housing, homeless, single parent, and family support type programs for over 15 years.
Trussell earned a master’s degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from Springfield College. She has also obtained her life and health license in 10 states, including WI and IL. Her education, broad experience, and leadership skills make her an ideal addition to M3 Elevate.
Beyond the office, she is an active member of the Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce. Trussell was a former basketball coach for youth sports, and is now a member of the Racine Basketball Club.
