What’s it REALLY Like to Work at M3?
In my role as Human Resources Manager, I’ve been thinking a lot about how best to provide a glimpse of M3’s employment culture. Sure, it’s easy to talk about features and benefits and total rewards, but how do we show people that it truly is different at M3?
One of my goals this year has been to give new life to M3’s overall employment brand, and I decided early on in the project to focus on one thing more than anything else: how to communicate to current and future employees how it feels to work at M3.
I knew I needed to find a way to illustrate that working at M3 is an experience and an opportunity to be part of a community. More than that, it’s a community that people want (not need) to be a part of. Don’t we all deserve that?
So here’s what we want everyone to know: At M3, our culture is everything. It’s a culture that doesn’t just happen – it’s created. We’ve worked closely with M3 employees to design a best-in-class environment that takes into account more than just the work they do. We care about overall wellbeing.
