Jennifer Cordy recently joined M3 Insurance as an employee benefits account executive. Cordy’s role is to consult with and advise clients on the design and implementation of their employee benefits programs, and continuously ensure that their programs meet their needs. Cordy is passionate about helping others and loves working with employers who are looking to deliver cost-effective, quality solutions for health insurance.
Cordy is an experienced Wisconsin-licensed life and health agent. Prior to M3, she gained industry experience as an advisor for a financial planning and employee benefits firm. Cordy is actively involved in a variety of industry organizations such as Central WI SHRM and the National Association of Health Underwriters.
Beyond her experience and industry involvement, Cordy also maintains leadership in her community. She currently is the supervisor for the Town of Pine Lake and a facilities board member for the Rhinelander Ice Association. During her free time, she enjoys volunteering, camping, fishing, boating, and spending time with friends & family. Cordy’s reputation and experience in North Central Wisconsin makes her a great fit for M3’s employee benefits team.
