Ethica Pharmacy Advisors is thrilled to announce that Joy Schleusner is joining us as a pharmacy client advisor. Ethica Pharmacy Advisors will leverage M3’s extensive knowledge and resources to deliver unparalleled services in the pharmacy benefits consulting industry. Ethica is a pharmacy benefits consultancy dedicated to helping plan sponsors manage prescription drug costs through advice, financial analysis, and clinical resources.
In her role, Schleusner serves as a strategic advisor to Ethica and M3 clients related to their pharmacy benefits. She leverages Ethica’s comprehensive suite of pharmacy solutions to customize strategies for employers so they can take control of their pharmacy spend without compromising care. Ethica’s solutions stack incorporates pharmacy consulting services, custom RFP services, and financial audits.
Prior to joining Ethica, Schleusner acquired extensive experience in pharmacy benefits through her roles as a pharmacy benefits consultant and prescription benefit manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Ripon College and a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Roosevelt University. Currently, she serves as a member of the Ripon College Alumni Board. Her expertise includes building strong client relationships, leading teams, and managing projects effectively.
Schleusner plays an instrumental role in the launch of Ethica Pharmacy Advisors and is dedicated to assisting plan sponsors in managing prescription drug costs through expert advice, financial analysis, and clinical resources.
